During these unprecedented times, we take our role as an essential service provider seriously and we remain open to service our customers. We understand that everyone is very concerned with the potential spread of the Coronavirus. We’re following the guidelines put in place by the federal government, local governments and the CDC.
Below are some of the safety precautions we’ve implemented to protect our team and our clients:
Having your junk hauled with 123JUNK is as simple as our moniker suggestions, “easy as 1-2-3!” It has not always been as seamless a process as it seems now and we know it’s still not perfect. Over the past six years we have tweaked and modified our processes based off the advice from the experts, our customers! We stress always that customer feedback is so important and we will continue to emphasize this because we believe there is always room for improvement. We follow up with every job completed with a phone call, email, or hand written thank you card.
1) To make sure it was a job well done and that the customer is happy. We like to check in to make sure everything was done to our customer’s expectations and that they were pleased with the process.
2) Because the junk removal business can be messy and rough and tumble, we verify with our customers that the haul was done safely and the customer’s property was protected as removal was completed.
3) Perhaps most importantly, we ask for feedback or suggestions for improvement. 123JUNK was built on customer input. We ask for suggestions because we want them, so please, share! We are a small, young company that is committed to the tight community for which we serve. And while our customers have brought us a long way, we want to continue to grow within our industry and for the community we are so dedicated to.
Lastly, when following up, we ask for you to spread the word. We attribute our successes to our customers and their referrals to friends and family. The most trusted form of marketing is a referral from an experienced customer. We never feel more flattered or that a job has been well done than when we see that a previous customer has referred a new one. We only truly know we are on the right track when our customers trust our services enough to spread our name. We attempt to thank each and every one our referral sources with a hand written thank you because we do not ever want this kind of support to go unnoticed. We thank you and we will promise to continue to provide the type of service our customers can be proud of referring.
So, as we reflect on another year coming to a close, we can’t help but feel so grateful for our customers. We share this holiday season with all of you who have become our advice, our fans, and our friends.
