Our business is grown and maintained almost entirely through word-of-mouth marketing. We use print advertising sparingly, and we rely on the quality of our services to win us new business. 123JUNK also does not produce “junk” advertising in the form of temporary signs on highway medians. Our purpose is remove junk, not to create more of it for our municipal workers to clean up.
Instead, we try to gain exposure through community events. As often as we are able, we attend county fairs, chamber of commerce functions or any other local event where we can have a presence and show the public that we are a local company and that we’re involved in our community.
Because our new customers generally come recommended, 123JUNK is held to a much higher standard of service than our competitors. Each client is treated like a friend and a neighbor because it’s the right way to do business, and because our success as a homegrown company depends on it.
Lastly, the fact that 123JUNK was founded right here in northern Virginia gives us a firmer foundation in the area. While we offer the same type of professionalism and refined systems that you find with large national and international junk removal companies, 123JUNK still offers reasonable rates and a level of service that you can only get from a hometown company.
All other things being equal, we believe that people prefer to work with someone local. Regardless of growth, a large part of our mission is to assure that we never forget where and how we got started, as well as the people who helped us get there. 123JUNK is (and always will be) focused on the close-knit relationships that we have with our clients, business partners, and neighbors.
