123JUNK’s established brand continues to drive strong growth along with a need for top sales talent and sales leadership.  This newly created Customer Success Manager will be responsible for performing both as a contributor to capturing sales and a manager elevating the performance of our inside sales team (Customer Success Representatives, CSRs).  This position requires a dynamic and experienced salesperson with management experience and a strong track record of success in inside sales.  Alignment with 123JUNK’s core values, especially “Culture of Excellence,” and a passion for continuous learning and team development are critical components for meeting the expectations of this role and being an integral part of the 123JUNK leadership team.

What to expect:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals (CSRs) to achieve and surpass individual and departmental goals
  • Coach, mentor, develop, and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance
  • Participate alongside other CSRs to take incoming calls, schedule appointments, and follow-up to ensure customer success
  • Identify, innovate, and execute business ideas to achieve division goals and targets
  • In consultation with the leadership team, create strategies for revenue growth and continuous improvement of customer service
  • Assist with coordinating and facilitating hiring/onboarding of new CSRs
  • Developing and delivering sales and customer service training
  • Collaborating with CSRs regarding performance improvement and career advancement
  • Maintain positive, professional rapport with all internal and external customers

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 3-5 Years of relevant experience in high performance sales environments, preferably with both inside and outside sales experience
  • Servant leadership mindset a must
  • Be an innovator and foster positive change within the role and with other colleagues
  • An excellent communicator who is organized, detail-oriented, and flexible dealing in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Able to identify and define key sales metrics, measure sales process, and create goals that drive growth
  • Proven track record of identifying and analyzing problems and provide resolutions
  • Enthusiasm for developing others and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Tech-savvy in using cloud-based applications such as customer relationship management, human resource management, time and labor, and payment processing
  • Proficient in using software for creating spreadsheets, documents, proposals, and presentations
