When we experience heavy call volume, folks who aren’t able to reach someone directly in the office are patched through to live receptionists who ascertain your needs and prioritize your call. By asking key questions and collecting your information, our receptionists can detail your needs pass along all of the most critical information so that you’re not stuck clicking through a web-based appointment calendar or sending emails into the ether, hoping that someone will reach back out to help.
Once we’ve completed your appointment, we even call to collect feedback and make sure that your needs were met. From beginning to end (and even between appointments), it’s the personal touch that really makes the difference, and it’s our personal attention to detail for each of our clients that sustains the company.
